Well, another week has come and gone. Crazy! The weather has
been really fickle down here lately. It's gone from like 90 degrees
to cold and raining a few different times lately.

The work was slow and hard overall this last week. We're in the
process of trying to find lots of new investigators. We've spent
a lot of time tracting lately.

Yesterday, Nora and Edgar were confirmed members of the
church. It was a great confirmation, and I'm excited for their
decision to be baptized and confirmed as members of the church.

I'm definitely learning a lot and have grown so much in the time
I've been out.

Well, here's an update on a few of our investigators.

Martha - Well, we had a lesson with her this last week, and we
read out of Preach My Gospel with her. We read the quote
that talks about how everything that we believe hinges on the
base of the Book of Mormon being true. She came to church
yesterday, and we had an amazingly awesome lesson in
Gospel Principles (I taught it...:)) about the Holy Ghost.

The Palacio family - We met them a couple weeks ago, and
they are a very nice family. He's been studying out of the
pamphlets that we've given them (he has writing all over
the pamphlets). We're excited to keep working with them.

Brittany and Bridgette - They came to church again this
last week. We're still working on teaching them the rest of the
lessons and all. With time, I think they will find out for
themselves the truthfulness of what we share and be baptized.

The Lord is definitely watching over all of us.

I love you all

Portense bien.

Con amor,
Elder Meservy
